At Karukuty, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Return
Products can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the product (you চাইলে সময় পরিবর্তন করতে পারো)।
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or damaged products after delivery
Customized or made-to-order products
Products damaged due to improper use
Items returned without prior notification
3. Return Process
To request a return, please contact us via phone, email, or social media with:
Order number
Clear photos/videos of the issue
After verification, we will inform you whether the return request is approved.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds may be issued through:
Original payment method (for online payments), or
Alternative method agreed upon with the customer.
Refund processing time may take 7–10 working days after approval.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchange is applicable only for wrong or defective products, subject to availability.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
6. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the mistake occurred from Karukuty’s side.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the error is from us.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
8. Final Decision
Karukuty reserves the right to accept or reject any return or refund request based on policy compliance.
Our decision regarding returns and refunds will be final.
